For Darren and Christi Jones, Jones’ Fireplace Service is more than a business. It's the continuation of a journey they've shared for over 13 years, built on a foundation of faith, family, hard work, and a genuine desire to serve others.

Both graduates of Maiden High School in Maiden, North Carolina, Darren and Christi met in their hometown and married in 1998. Together, they've built a life centered around their Christian faith, their family, and the values they hold dear.

Their journey in the fireplace industry began when they started contracting with a national fireplace company. Darren began installing stone slab surrounds and mantels, while Christi found her place on the service side of the business.

Both received hands-on training and testing through the company they contracted with, developing the technical knowledge and practical experience that would eventually become the foundation of Jones’ Fireplace Service.

With more than 13 years of hands-on experience each, Darren and Christi bring a unique combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and customer service experience to every appointment.

What truly sets them apart is their belief in how customers deserve to be treated.

Coming from backgrounds in customer service, they understand that inviting a service professional into your home requires trust. They believe in respecting your home, communicating honestly, and providing the same level of care and consideration they would expect for their own family.

Darren and Christi strive to reflect their faith in both their personal lives and their business. They believe that honesty, integrity, kindness, and treating others with respect aren't simply good business practices—they're values to live by.

Their philosophy is simple: Treat every customer with honesty, every home with respect, and every opportunity to serve as a privilege.

When they're not working, Darren and Christi enjoy life with their two sons, Jacob and Isaac. Their roots remain firmly planted in the community where their story began.

Today, through Jones’ Fireplace Service, they're proud to serve homeowners throughout the Greater Charlotte area and Western North Carolina, combining years of industry experience with the personal attention and hometown values that define their family.
